Excuse Me, Where Did You Buy This Shawl?

Prior to Jesmin announcement that OBB will be at Chic Pop, I dragged my sister to go there in hope to grab something OBB.

But once we were there, I lost my focus as I was distracted by so many cute vintage clothes. There were so many people too! It was my second time went to a bazaar and I was panic because all I have was a hundred bucks when I practically want to buy everything.  When I saw some pretty clothes, I thought that I should hold it cause maybe there was more fancy clothes on the next shop, so I should look and mark down what I want to buy the first round and comeback later.

That’s not how it works, you little…! Whatever catches your eyes, you should buy that first because other people will grab that and leave you nothing! So take note that if you ever want to go to a bazaar, you need to be quick and you must have the ability to scan around in the speed of light! (And yeah, that was me over-reacting: D) But seriously, I miss a few worth-to-buy clothes T___T I almost snatch a dress from a girl because I want it so badly, I pray so hard that she would put it back but she went to the casher counter instead! Arrghhh! And I also want to buy a pre-loved booties but it wasn’t my size, humph….. So you see, you need a luck too. At the end of the day, I just bought a cute blue stripes lacey jacket to console myself.

Anyway, what makes me happy was that I recognized a few bloggers that I know like Shea, Ami and Cik Epal (I think that’s her). I should have said hi but I dunno how~ I wasn’t that friendly even though I want myself to, kekekek. I got nervous without reason and I felt silly of myself. Anyway, they all look prettier in person. And there were a lot of fashionable people around with colorful shawl (I wonder where they get all those from). I found myself spending time envying  watching them more than I look for clothes, hehe.

Of course, Sammy went too. Here are a few shots that we managed to snap.

See that pretty lady with brown flare pants? I’m in love with what she’s wearing.
To anyone who know her, can you pretty please link me her blog
so I can stalk get to know her? Thank you XD

It was tiring but it was fun too. Hope will be able to go the next bazaar sale. I’ll be a smarter shopper next time!

Dude, that was so not cool!

Someone promised me to take me out last Sunday, but the plan was cancelled last minute (erghh, boleh baran bila ingat balik, grr…) but being me who will not let some stupid mood ruined my Sunday, I decided to take my sister to watch movie~

But actually the original plan was going to Jalan TAR to look for lace and waist-band for our home-made skirt, and then drop by BREM mall for movie. But it was raining (luckily not so heavy) when we reached Sogo, so we decided to just window-shopping. I found a cute organizer so I was glad! Then, after an hour wondering around, we were too tired to walk to the textile shops so we just ditch the lace and waist-band plan and just went straight out to BREM mall.

We watched Khurafat because we’re suckers for horror movie. It was an okay movie with good-but not-so-detail plot. There were still a few things that doesn't make sense but at least my prediction went slightly wrong and the ending kind of shocked me. As for the cast, I’m not very fond of Syamsul’s acting. He’s good looking alright, but there was something off with the way he delivered his dialogue. I dunno, it was monotone. And I still think that Liyana Jasmay wasn’t ready for a wife role just yet. She looked fifteen years old to me! And perhaps her role in Niyang Rapik is too strong that I’m having a goosebump every time she appeared on screen, haha. As for the ghost scene, it was hella scary. I closed my eye most of the time. I almost didn’t know what happen in the corpse room because I closed my eyes the ENTIRE time, kekekek.

And I have to complain that the male audiences at the back were too loud. They laughed every time the ghost came out. Can you imagine how many times they did that? It was a scary movie, do the math. It was really disturbing. I had the same experience when I watch Niyang Rapik but it wasn’t this bad. Why do they need to do that? Trying to be cool in front of girlfriend? Dude, it’s not cool, okay? Go rent DVD if you gonna act like that. Sekian terima kasih.

Karma Is A Boomerang

Seriously guys, how do we get rid of fleas on a carpet?

I remember complaining to my mum that our new house have lots of mosquito. I kept on having more than 10 mosquito’s bite all over my leg. I used mosquito repellent but they won’t go away. They still bite me and it’s so irritating, I could punch someone for that. My mum said it was funny because she don’t get a single bite. How unfair!

Then last night as I was texting my friend, I sat on my bed, both feet on my fluffy carpet, I started to feel itchy again. So I looked down to my feet and saw these little creatures were jumping happily from the carpet onto my feet. They were many!

I think they’re from my cats but this fleas are smaller compared to the one on cat. The funny thing is, when I first bought the carpet, my cats won’t step on it as if the carpet will hurt them. They never come close to the carpet, no matter what. If I purposely bring them to the carpet, they will cling to me for dear life - will even scratch me if they have to. I thought it was funny how they trying too much to avoid the carpet, I should really put them on video (it must be karma for treating them that way~). Now I know the reason for their weird behavior and it scares me as much as it amused me.

So I vacuumed my carpet but the damn thing was still there. Should I throw away the carpet? But it’s so fluffy and pretty and awesome and fluffy and it makes my room look so pretty and comfy.  Bottom line, I don’t want to throw it away, okay? Should I spray something, like my cat’s flea shampoo? Will it ruin the material? Or should I send the carpet to laundry service? Will that makes them go away? Should I throw my cats instead? Lol. I cannot live without them. End of story.

I'll find a way to deal with this. If you guys have any idea how to get rid of this thing, let me know okay?

p/s: Should use this opportunity to introduce my cats :D.

Everyone, say hi to the lovely and motherly Keket aka Mama.

And this is arrogant-stuck up April (pronounce Air-Pill) aka Adik.

Happy New Year

Ah, I’ve missed the 010111! I haven’t been able to update this blog on New Year since it has been another busy weekend - away from internet. As December is the month of wedding, I got two weddings invitation but I can only attend one T__T. I didn’t go out for the countdown celebration. Just content being at home watching New Year movie but I didn’t miss the fireworks. I can watch it from my balcony. It was so pretty~

On Saturday, me and zurazura went to IKEA to buy some stuff for home. Going to IKEA has always make me go jiggy wiggy even if I’m not buying anything. Normally, I will spend more time in the kitchen section because I always dream to have a big squeaky-clean with build-in-cabinets kitchen (though it does not imply that I’m a good cook or anything). Bedroom section give me a thought that I need to do some sort of spring cleaning. There’s a lot of thing that doesn't fit in my wardrobe anymore and just had to go. I believed that I only wear half of my clothes most of the time. There are even items that have never been worn in the past 4 years! Gosh, wardrobe cleaning gets on to the top of my to-do list for this weekend~

We had lunch at Manhattan Fist Market. I ordered the flaming shrimp with rice without fear for my allergic to seafood. Haha. Served me right! Later when I got back home, my whole body was itching! And I was sneezing throughout the night. I swore that it was the longest night I’ve ever had!

Anyway, I hope that 2011 will be another great year for everyone. I hope I'll accomplish more and lead to a successful life. So everyone, take care of yourself and please be happy~
